Requested a refund on a headshaver but was told it's a personal hygiene item and cannot be refunded. Then why does the website states that there's a 30 day money back guarantee if the customer is not satisfied with the product? How does one know if something works if you don't use it?Instead i was sent shaving tips as if this idiot has not been shaving for 40 years. Bees don't explain to flies the difference between **** and honey... Don't buy this overglorified waste of time
Waiting for 52 working days for my order which was supposed to take 15 working days. Every week i get promises for delivery the next week by Adiel Seyed, customer care agent. I requested a refund but get ignored. I have opened a case of fraud against DealsDaily and Courier Guy was also slandered for not doing the pickup. Courier Guy did not get an order from Dealsdaily for any pickup.
Bought a refurbished laptop with windows 10 pro pre installed and needed to reactivate windows after an update. Numerous e-mails and 17 unanswered phonecalls later i received a whatsapp message telling me i must bring the laptop in and they will activate it. Yeah right, i live 1100km away. Took tbe laptop to a real computer shop and was told the windows version on my laptop is a pirate copy. Had to reinstall windows at considerable cost. Stay away from these people because aftermarket service is non existant.
I bought four tyres in Boksburg and asked the salesman to organise the courier because i had bad reception. I specified that i must have the tyres on a certain date as i am leaving for an extended period afterwards. Fastway Johannesburg ensured him that they will beat the deadline and i paid over the money. Delivery date came and went and 4 tyres are lying around in a depot for a couple of months. I had to buy another set of tyres because of their **** up. Not happy at all and i will make a point of it never to use them again and neither will anybody i know.
Yesterday I paid R450 for "overnight" delivery from JHB to Upington area and was told the parcel will be delivered within 2 business days because it's not a major centre.I tracked the parcel this morning only to be told that it will be delivered on Monday(5 business days). ***? Blatantly stealing from your customers is not acceptable. Courier Guy charged me R300 for exactly the same parcel/route and i received it within 24hrs. I will see to it that nobody i know never use pathetic aramex courier again.
