Very Sad news to hear how Nedbank treat black businesses. Pathetic service from Nedbank Business Campus Square, Melville, Johannesburg and Business managers. Honestly speaking, how do you hold a person’s money for over 2months and not giving them an explanation as to what is going on. Is this how banks are making money out of black business that are trying to do business? Am told Nedbank froze our service provider’s business everyday account: 1243192879 with no clear explanation. and its now over 22days with no explanation. Can someone at nedbank help this business to avoid it going under water for reasons that can be avoided. The Business Banker has shown no sign or interest to help and even the customer care of Nedbank has shown a pathetic response with no willingness to help the poor business man and his money is locked in the nedbank account with no explanation. Can someone help this person.
I got a pathetic service from NEDBANK campus square Branch ATM. I my ATM card to withdraw R4000 the ATM automatically restarted and took R4000 from my account and the money never came out of the ATM, It only returned the card and i didnt get the money but my account is now showing a R4000 of money that i never got. the white lady from the bank said they will return the money in few minutes, but now is 4 days and the money has not been return. this happened on the 19th of July 2023 between 12noon and 1PM right at their branch middle ATM . The ATM restarted and brought back the card but did not bring out my money R4000 this happened in Melville on 19th and this is 4 days ago and the money was not returned but they took the R4000 from my account. i have not received any communication from NEDBANK since my query. meaning this money is lost and they dont care

Definitely a better choice then the standard beef order that you would normally opt for. Ps do sit outside..and enjoy your meal..then go shopping to walk off the meal.. if you are looking for good healthy food then go to Fairlands Walk Shopping Centre where Yalla is. Ordered the spicy chicken Lafa. It comes with 4 toppings and sauces of your choice. Added red cabbage, onions, brinjals chillie sauce and garlic sauce..
shop and everything is great, just the service was too slow like they had trainee cashiers. I almost screamed, but sometimes when you in their shoes you will understand, at least a manager was in front he checked on all of them, why were they slow. It was really irritating to say. I expected 2 minutes in and out, as it was Sunday, quiet no many shoppers, everyone was just holding 3 or 4 to 5 max but, 5 min per person.
