First my parcel was delivered to PTA and not JHB. I emailed to enquire and received a response. I also requested that my parcel be delivered before 12:00. No parcel yet and it's 13:45...I phoned to enquire and suddenly no one knows about my request because I did not submit it online (No one told me it had to be online). Will never recommend or use this company again.
Order shoes last week Friday, chose economy shipping method (2-3 days), it has now been a WEEK and still no shoes. It was also directed to the wrong depot so add another two days onto delivery. Never again!!!!!!!!
I would like to express my disappointment with Checkers. When I arrived on Saturday 10 March to collect the cupcakes for my daughter's birthday party and they showed me the cupcakes that I ordered on 5 March I thought it was a prank or a joke! I ordered pink cupcakes, on Friday I received an email that they didn't have pink icing and if they could use pink cream instead. I phoned and asked for purple cupcakes or white cupcakes rather than cream, because cream could go sour quickly. The cupcakes I saw on Saturday were such a dark purple that it looked maroon...then there were pieces of pink cream stuck to the cupcakes under the purple icing (obviously someone just sc****d the cream off half heartedly), and iced over the rest. The purple icing was mixed with blue icing and other colours. There were only 40 of the one colour and 8 that was a completely different colour! And then they squashed 20 cupcakes into a container and the ones on the sides were so mashed by the lid that I wouldn't have been able to use them! The lady that helped me was no help at all, she shrugged when I asked for a solution, and couldn't really care less if I liked my order or not. So I ended up having to run around to bake and ice 48 cupcakes for a party! I have never been so disappointed in my life. My 4 year old daughter was in tears when she saw them. On Monday 12 March I sent an email complaining about this to Checkers Northgate (the store I ordered from), and received no reply. On Wednesday I submitted a complaint on the Checkers website and received no reply. I have now reverted to hello Peter and Facebook is next on my list.

On Sunday 9 April 2017 I went to the Clicks pharmacy in Sandton City. I asked the pharmacist on duty for advice...how much Prospan I can give to a 3 month old baby? She proceeded to tell me that I must check the box. I replied that the box gives the same dosage from birth to 5 years, but the package insert says you have to consult a pharmacist or dr if the baby is less that 6 months old. She then took a box and showed me the dosage area. I again replied that the package insert differs. Without even checking the package insert or asking me how much my baby weighs she said I must give him 2.5ml three times a day. Luckily I didn't, because when I phoned my Paediatrician on Monday 10 April he said that it would've been very harmful to my baby if I had given him such a big dose and that he is only suppose to get 1ml three times a day. Less than halve of what she said!!!!
If I had listened to the pharmacist my baby could've been hospitalised! I am very upset about a number of things:
1. The fact that she gave me the wrong dosage.
2. She treated me like a complete idiot in front of other customers.
3. That she didn't even bother to check the package insert.

Please give me feedback on how this will be handled. I wouldn't want someone else receive the wrong dosage from your pharmacy and being harmed in any way. Unfortunately I don't know her name, but it was 9:30 on Sunday 9 April in Sandton City and she worked at the prescription counter.

I made a corporate booking through Computicket, received a letter stating that it is a corporate booking with a b-reference number and that no ID or credit card needs to be presented. (Especially since payment was made via eft) I then went to the Checkers in Fourways mall to collect my tickets. First the lady didn't know what a b-reference number was. I had four ladies standing there telling me it doesn't exist, then they tried it on the system and it worked. Then I was told that it is impossible to book tickets without a credit card, even though I had the letter from computicket stating that no ID or credit card is required. Then I was told that the amount is too big they need to call computicket. I had to wait another 15minutes. When the lady came back I was told that Checkers isn't really a Computicket outlet and I need to go to Monte Casino to collect my tickets. Absolutely incompetent ladies behind the counter with horrible attitudes!
