After 50 years with FNB they are happy for me to terminate my credit card. After my credit card was declined I called the bank only to be told it had expired. No call, no message, nothing to notify me a new card was due, just silence. Bounced backwards and forwards on the secure chat. Sorry FNB totally out of patience. Very disappointing but this is what happens when consultants done care and you take personal contact out of the equation. More Artificial than Intelligence.
In attempting to get my Seiko watch repaired this is the response I get after toooo many useless emails and then "resolved" emails. "Apologies for the incoveneices caused, your response had went into spam folder. unfortunately at the moment we are unable to assist with your watch we are experiencing a shortage with capacitors for your watch and there's no indication from supplier when we will have them. Regard" When I asked to be phoned they did so quickly but that was only the repairs dept who said they couldnt help and I should talk to customer services but did not have the contact details for that dept. OUTCOME - ABSOLUTELY USELESS. No solution offered, not happy - Might as well put my watch in the bin!
Oztrail outdoor equipment is not cheap. We bought 2 heavy duty camp chairs in SA and have found bits failed, fell through, zips broke and facrtory oversewn stitching popped in various places that there is no back up or service support in South Africa to address their lack of quality control. Emails to places who we were referred to by the Australian parent company have not responded or followed through on undertakings. On one we would have to cover the cost to get them to CT but wonder if we would we ever get them back? A bit risky, such a pity and so disappointing. Dont be caught like we were.
