Ordered a sushi platter from John Dory'S Reel Sushi on Florida. The sushi took almost 2 hours to arrive and the prawn in my order was rotten. I waited 2 hours to get an order that I could not even eat and had to throw away. This is my favorite restaurant which is why I trusted that I could have a lovely meal to close off my year but I was completely disappointed and blind sided.
My partner and I are seeking to adopt a kitten after going to the adoption day to see the pets. We filled in an application and were told that we will be contacted. No one reached out to me so I filled in an application online and also asked for an update to which I was met with a cold one line response "Busy at work. Willl check after work", but no response. I then tried again and was told to send Board Approval, which my estate does not require or give out for pet owners as we are our own landlords. I stated this and was told that I do need one as they have managed estates before so they know how it works.I concede and speak to reception to which they say to me they do not give out Board Approval as we do not need one and it would be near impossible to get one as our estate is such a big organization. I went back and told HART and still no response. Again I will have to be the one chasing for after them for a response. I understand they have full-time jobs, but ehy take on a role that you 1. Don't have the capacity for 2. Do not have the right attitude and approach to potential adopters. Is this the natural procedure or are the previous ****** and classist points raised against them in play for me as well. I really had hope that they would put that aside to get a kitten a home they would be loved and happy in but all that seems to come first is their disgusting attitude and approach to people of color.
The Cell C branch in Workshop Centre in Durban really gave me a terrible experience today. Upon arrival I was told to stand outside whilst the staff at the front desk were just chatting to each other without any customers present. A staff member then called me whilst rolling their eyes at me. As I was speaking to them, they weren't listening and just proceeded to go and speak to the other staff member at another desk leaving me alone speaking to myself . Mind you I was in a state of emergency and required full assistance from a staff member. I left without being assisted at all as all my answers were responded to by one word answers and no details. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by the attitude displayed by all the staff members there who did nothing to assist me but instead huddled up in a group to chat whilst one of them was assisting ONE customer in the entire store. The rest of the staff was just chatting.
I returned my headphones to Takelot as they were broke months after me 2 months after me buying them. Takelot declined to replace my earphones due to customer negligence which understood. I got an email to say it declined from Danielle Stellenboom, to which I emailed and told her I understood and asked if they could return them to me as soon as possible. I didn't hear from them for a month. Then I eamiled again asking for them back and was replied to by a different consultant asking me to give them time to contact the department. I did which took over a week where I was told there was a delay in my return. I have been waiting for 2 months for my headphones and I still have not received them. So just know in case you want to return something to Takelot, it will take forever for it to be reviewed and get back to you.
