Again, please do not ever sign up for this service plan. I have to struggle EVERYTIME I take my car in for service. This time around they say there is a descrepency on my policy. Mind you I have never skipped a month without paying and I have only claimed ones before for my car service.
The telkom devise insurance debited my account even though I cancelled it with them and they confirmed it is cancelled. When I query it I have just been ignored. I really do not reccomend this company.

I took my car for service to Renault Centurion this morning at 7am and the booking was done timeously. They immediately logged a claim with MVIA and have been updating me almost every hour thatthey still did not receive authorization from MVIA to start the work on my car. Only after 11am did they receive an authorization. This means my car is now last in the queue and will not be complete today, meaning I do not have transport to go home today and to go to work tomorrow morning. I called in to MVIA and they simply do not care. I want to cancel with immediate effect and wish I took the service providers advise to never take MVIA. Do not sign up with MVIA!

This is the second time that I am being debited before my pay day. I chose to be debited on the 25th of every month for a good reason, but Old Mutual has once again debited me on the 23rd instead. I'm convinced now that I need to move to a different company.
I urge everyone to not use Mtn, they do not respond to queries and they do not want to assist in store. My father has been struggling to do a Sim swap now since Monday at Mtn Jubilee mall and he has been driving there for the 4th time now to get it sorted but the customer service is poor and they just do not care. He has been without his number for almost a week now and even customer service won't help.
