Makro SA is a *****. Takes your money and doesn't deliver
Paid R5800 online on 29 December. What I received was smaller than I ordered. I can't return it even though it's unopened. There's missing items that wasn't sent yet on the app it says delivered. Essentially makro is a *****. Emails calls and WhatsApp is of no use as you are told to screenshot items not received while they know the app doesn't allow it. I'm tired of their excuses. I have given them multiple opportunities to rectify the situation and it's met with silence. Small claims court seems to be the only way left. Makro are you not ashamed to **** SO MANY PEOPLE?

Absolutely terrible
I would give it half a star but not possible. Received cold undercooked chips. Burgers were messy very sloppy. I didn't call the store as I'm tired of calling and complaining. By the way. It's the steers in Raslouw Pretoria

You are debiting my account for the past 2 months when I have not received a router or connection from you. Calls are automated and unanswered. I think every one needs to summons mweb to the small claims court for blatant theft. Charging for a service they don't provide

An absolute scam. You receive email notifications of order details. After 2 weeks another email stating product has defects and needs inspection so delivery will be delayed. After that, nothing. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them
