I have been trying to create a VIRTUAL CARD and never been helped. I tried the branches, I tried Online Help, Chat, phone call everything, No one helps me. Its like we are not paying banking service fee and I never recommend this bank to anyone.
I have been sending numerous emails to the VFS - cro_dhasa@Vfsglobal.com email address for my refund status and asking to speed it up. No one answers my emails since 28th of August. I call VFS call center punch 3 for refund department and consultant tells me there is no one to speak to. She says refunds take 30 working days. The email I received from VFs states 20 Working days and its been 13 working days. If I do not receive any response in a week where will be my refund? Worst service I have ever had in South Africa.
Today I decided to cancel my services with Afrihost. I signed up for their Fixed LTE unlimited uncapped package on 23 April 2024 after making sure there would be no speed throttling or limiting, since I rely on real time cloud sync for work. Since then Afrihost has changed their wireless services terms and conditions four times without once notifying me in plain and direct language. No email, no call, no WhatsApp. My speed dropped so badly that I cannot work properly anymore. When I asked about it, I was told the updates are only posted on their Client Interface. Honestly, nobody checks that interface every month, and I was basically told it was my fault for not monitoring it. For the record, I tracked the changes myself: 29 April 2024, 24 January 2025, 28 February 2025 and 9 July 2025. That is four changes in just over a year with no direct notification. I do not recommend this company to anyone who expects transparency. I will also be taking this up with the CPA and NCC as I believe this practice is unfair to consumers.
Their products are very high quality. Unboxing your order is very pleasant. Order one you won't regret. Our favorite is YuppieChief Scent. Their support and customer care team is the best.
Their candles are bad quality and customer service is non existing. Charging over R 300 for a small candle which still has mushroom effects. I want to be refunded.

Unbelievable service! I just purchased an office 365 pro lifetime product and I am not savvy about office installations etc. The support connected remotely and has done a perfect job to install the product very quickly. Thank you so much! Keys@cost Team. I will purchase another license soon.
