I've been buying MTN airtime for 3rd time now, whenever i load my airtime i don't get what i bought
I've been buying MTN airtime for 3rd time now, whenever i load my airtime i don't get what i bought.i get way lesser airtime and i can not get hold of their call centre,i bought airtime for R12 and i got R1 it's happening for 3rd time now.please assist

Few months back Sanlam paid Death cover of my late father,i opened estate bank account with FNB and they paid half of death cover money in that estate bank account and I've been using that account for months now
Few months back Sanlam paid Death cover of my late father,i opened estate bank account with FNB and they paid half of death cover money in that estate bank account and I've been using that account for months now.last week they blocked the account denying me to make transfers when i call them they said it's because they never called master of the high court to confirm,my question to them why did you transfer the money in the first place and I've been using that account they failed to gave straight answer but they said they will fix the problem and it will take 1-3 working days that was last week Thursday but up until now they blocked the account

My father was using Absa Bank,they paid for the funeral after the family paid for the funeral out of our pockets now the is a money that is left that was in his bank account but ABSA doesn't want to realise it,i gave them everything they asked for

I've been scammed by Sanlam or this Doug Damant
I've been trying to make a claim at Sanlam my father had 2 policies funeral plan and funeral top cover one policy paid after 2days the funeral passed now I'm struggling to get paid for the 2nd policy, yesterday i got a call saying I must expect the payment on Friday but I will get half of what I'm supposed to get when I ask them they can't explain even the staff here is running with answers instead they want to put me on phone .a guy name Doug Damant is the one that said I will get half other half is going to the estate but I'm the only beneficiary
