I would give a zero rating if that were an option. My package arrived in South Africa on the 15th, yet there was a significant delay because the necessary documentation was neither requested nor communicated to me timeously. I had to make multiple calls before finally receiving a quotation five days later. After making payment, my package still has not been delivered. I have received inconsistent updates, including claims that the address was incorrect, despite the parcel never being dispatched for delivery. Overall, this has been an extremely disappointing experience with FedEx Express South Africa. The level of service and customer support has been frustrating, and communication has been unclear and inconsistent. I sincerely regret using them for this shipment.
I am currently at Engen Hadaf East, I have never seen an unprofessional bunch of workers before. I just bought petrol and my car will not move, I quickly try to move it to a customer parking, would you believe no one came to assist me, I am a woman and they should help, a guy name Thabang was the worst insulted and said I must remove my car. If this is the way Engen operates, please avoid this garage
Absolutely appalling experience with this company! They were quick to sign me up, but that's where their competence ends. It took them a week to complete a simple debit check, and now the installation is another disaster. I was scheduled for installation on June 18th at 8am, but they failed to show up without any notification or explanation. I had to cancel my appointments to accommodate them, and still, they didn't bother to follow through. After complaining, I was rescheduled for June 21st at 8am, but again, no one showed up. It's clear that this company is incapable of fulfilling their basic obligations. They're only good at locking you into a 3-year contract. Avoid them at all costs if you need prompt installation! Looking for another more reliable company
I have never seen a useless bank and very unprofessional bank like this stupid bank called Standard bank. A hold was placed on my account, no one in this stupid bank can explain to me why the hold was done. And the reason, you guys better be ready because the bank I opened will see my full anger on Monday, what a stupid bank? After this be such I am closing this account.
I am so tired of this company. Why do you guys always delay my package. Package has been with you guys now going to a week. All payment has been made. What is the damn issue??? Send my package now before you see drama at your HQ

I fail to understand why every time UPS is used for my shipment there is one problem or another. Whereas, when I use other couriers they are seamless and good. Now my package is with you guys and no one is saying when it will be delivered, i do not want to believe you guys are planning to temper with my packages. I need this resolved now. SEND ME MY PACKAGE!!!

First and foremost, let me address the blatant negligence displayed by your staff. I called at your facility, eager to have my vehicle taken care of. To my utter disbelief, your representatives had the audacity to claim that they had not received or could not allocate my payment. This excuse is not only unfathomable but also an outright insult to my dedication in meeting my financial obligations promptly. I have paid every single premium on time. The sheer lack of accountability and professionalism demonstrated by your employees is absolutely shocking. Furthermore, let's discuss the impact of your incompetence on my daily life. The failure to service my car as promised has caused significant inconvenience and disruption. I had planned my schedule accordingly, making arrangements for alternative transportation, and rearranging my commitments to accommodate the service appointment. Your company's failure not only wasted my precious time but also caused me additional expenses and unnecessary stress. I have never see a company like this. I ordered something from Amazon unfortunately for me it was sent via UPS and was tracking as per normal in other countries but when it gets to UPS South Africa they start their rubbish. My package was changed to “The package is in a secure facility pending clearance or resolution.” and no date of delivery was stated. I waited to hear from them thinking they had the common sense to reach out. No they won’t! I called and they said it had to do with my Id number not provided - why not call or email to ask? Now it’s been 48hours after giving my ID number was given to them via a phone call, still NO movement. What is the meaning of all of this? Why does everything that has to do with UPS SA always a mission and stressful. When I ordered and was delivered by Aramex no delays what so ever. Get this fix before you find me in your office.
Great service. Was optimistic when i wanted to open an account with standard bank Montana, but they were so professional and I do like their customer service. Though I coulddn't set up my internet banking app due to low battery but they great people and truly you can see they love their clients. Thank you Sinenhlanhla of Montana branch.
