Kimesh Rocks!!!
Kimesh is the best when it comes to client management. He definitely knows how to put his clients at ease despite the frustrations they might be going through. Big ups to that champ. He deserves recognition.

Refund/Worst Customer Care
Been waiting for my refund since August, They keep promising to process the refund yet fail to action or respond to my emails. By the time my refund is processed i would have spend enough data and airtime equivalent to the refund amount. Pathetic service. MITA2402. I completed your refund forms and sent back which were then forwarded to payments with myself CCd but zero response. Was the entire staff fired?
