City Council Solutions done me wrong, as I first time buyer of a property I was very excited about it but now it have turned into a nightmare. City Council under section B of a rates and tax account they have put wrong address that doesn't below to us who lives at 74 Azima View one, Doornpoort. The matter become worse when we receive a rates and tax account that was under developer that it owing rates and utility fees and they are going to disconnect our electricity for which they did. I raised this issue with City Council and they didn't help me as soon as possible to stop the disconnection of electricity because of their mistake during bond registration. How can I ow rates and utility if the account that you provided to me and is under my name is up to date? and for that I am using prepaid electricity, and how come the property developer account was not closed because I understand that there should be a clearance certificate before a new owner can have a new rates account. This is not acceptable because I am in the darkness for other people wrong doing.
I live at Azima View Doornpoort and City of tshwane disconnected my electricity for a bill account that is not under my name, they failed to understand that the I am having my own rates and tax account that is up to date, now we don't have electricity in our premises because they come and disconnect regardless of the mistake that they did at City Council when opening our rates and tax account. This is completely unacceptable because we use prepaid electricity and how can we ow electricity and rates and tax if we are up to date. I have called Tshwane Electricity and they gave us the follow Reference number: 7005737444 still the matter is not resolved.
My business and Facebook ads account are in danger because of yoco they have held my balance of R4470.08 which is required to pay Facebook ads for the business, worst customer service! I have been waiting (and is still waiting) for over 07 days now to get my funds and no one can tell me what is going on, they keep on telling me they are escalating it to the risk department for feedback but I never get any response. According to them there is no direct line to communicate with the risk department so how on earth are we suppose to know what is going on. With hardship already experienced by this pandemic I WILL NOT Definitely recommend any one to use your services because my business is stuck.
