Ek is tot dusver baie beïndruk met Afriskuld. Baie dankie aan Zanie vir haar vinnige en professionele diens. Sy was geduldig, uiters kennisvol en het werklik uit haar pad gegaan om my te help om al my dokumente betyds en korrek in orde te kry vir registrasie. Na registrasie het ek vinnig terugvoer en kommunikasie van my kredietvers******s ontvang, wat vir my bevestig het dat Afriskuld werklik hulle deel doen om jou so gou moontlik skuldvry te help word. Die hele proses was pynloos en eenvoudig, danksy ’n uitstekende span en duidelik goeie bestuur. Ek wens meer maatskappye het dieselfde vlak van diens gelewer. Ek kan nou die res van my skuld met gemoedsrus aanpak, met die wete dat Afriskuld vierkantig agter my staan — vrede, uiteindelik.
Safari is a beautiful hidden gem in Pretoria, the waterfalls, the walkways, the plants, the restaurants. I've always loved going there, but since moving to Benoni I hadn't been there in years and I decided to take my son for a little outing to what I knew was a beautiful place. We made the mistake of going to the animal section... I cannot begin to explain my disgust and shock at the state of their enclosures. The cages are extremely small, the chickens have no grass or greenery to walk on. The *** is alone in it's tiny enclosure, just laying there because it has no life worth living. The little Marmosette ****** is alone in it's cage. There are way too many goats in their tiny enclosure, not to mention the amount of rodents probably eating more of the animals food than they are. The state of these animals and their enclosures is surely a wellfare hazard! I am reading reviews of over 6 years ago with the same complaints. Safari is a gold mine, how in the world are they not funding better enclosures for these animals? Or better yet, just shut down the zoo. Animals need to be in the wild or in the rehabilitation centers in case of rescues, not like this. I am horrified by this, it is traumatizing at the very least. I'm so concerned by the wellbeing of these animals. I will do everything in my power to get every animal wellfare organization involved until this is taken care of. Shame on you Safari!
Linmed Hospital - Emergency Rooms. I am highly disappointed and disgusted by the service we received last night. I took my 1 year old in for a dog bite. We checked in at 19:05, we were only called in at 20:47, the doctor only came to see us at 22:00! The doctor was not knowledgeable at all and did not know how to treat our toddler for a dog bite. She did not know if Tet**** was part of his standard immunizations, if he needed a rabies shot or just antibiotics. She stayed away for another half-hour going to find out how to treat him. Whilst we were waiting in the cubicle we noticed blood spatter on the walls, on the floor and in the basin from a previous patient or patients. Eventually the Doctor came back and advised that she will put him on a short course of antibiotics and provide us with an antibiotic ointment. Another twenty minutes passed and the nurse finally brought the ointment - a dirty box of Supiroban, half empty, and without a cap - a second hand tube of ointment that we were supposed to put on our toddler's lip! We left at 22:49 with just a script. Spent almost 4 hours at a dirty hospital, short-staffed, unknowledgeable doctors, and second-hand medication. I am beyond anger. This is the type of service we receive at a private hospital's emergency rooms. I have no more words to explain my disgust.
Do not purchase online! I waited 3 weeks to have my order delivered and a refund made for items that were out of stock. It's supposed to take only 3 working days to receive an order, yet I waited 7 working days, after I had to contact them and follow up myself. They don't keep you updated, provide you with feedback or respond to your emails. You're left in the dark without knowing why your order is delayed or why it takes them 8 working days to process a refund that they promised would only take 4. If you want to buy from Absolute Pets go to the store, don't buy online, it's a hassle from day one!
