Ashleigh collected, "repaired" and serviced my treadmill but it's still has the same error and now he is not answering my calls or messages. I guess I got scammed - R1750 down the drain. Don't get caught.
MWEB customer service is shocking, can't get hold of them via the call centre and if you do then you get attitude and are basically told your product you have is what it is.... or if you try an online query then you lucky if you get a response within 24 hours and then they respond that you should try fix it yourself or feel free to use the useless "autobots" and get no contact with the company to resolve. I have even tried to contact them through Facebook - no response! Happy to take your money but no responses at all! WORST SERVICE EVER I wish I never moved over to them and now I'm trapped in a 12month contract of hell!
In April, we paid up our account and asked for a closure letter. No letter received. Now we were harassed for money daily and discover that we are still being billed for life insurance. Sick of the fight, we paid this and have requested again that the account be closed but now nobody can close the account. What is going on? RSC has taken over Edgars but it's a disaster! Someone please contact us to close this account!
On the 20th of April, my boyfriend's Ford Ranger was broken into and left un-drivable. A case was opened on site and the claim was immediately submitted to Discovery Insure #2323678 and the vehicle was towed away until lockdown was to end on the 1st of May. He received no updates. When emergency repairs were allowed he still received no updates but phoned continuously to receive a different excuse every time - often contracting each other. It is now the 18th of May, Vehicles are being bought and sold and still the stories being told of why the vehicle hasn't even started being repaired change daily. DISCOVERY - you look like fools! He needs this vehicle to get to work and you don't care! Why do we have to nag you! RESOLVE THIS!
On 15/04/2018 I purchased a spinning bike online - I waited 2 weeks for delivery and nothing ever arrived. When I followed up I was told that they don't have stock and that they will find more I must just wait... due to frustration and the lack of communication I had no faith left and so I requested the order be cancelled and refund done. On 30/04/2019 the cancellation was processed and I sent through all the documents so they can refund me... to date... no refund, I follow up weekly and I every single response is the same "We do apologise for the inconvenience caused. Please kindly note that we are liaising with the finance team to advise on the progress of your refund. We will revert to you shortly" ...and nothing more, yesterday I called the call centre again and the PROMISED to call me right back because they were on the line with Finance to confirm and - no call back! Today I asked on Facebook in the hope that someone there can help - I even got the same copy and paste response! I will be telling everyone not to use MAKRO ONLINE - Worst experience ever!!!
DEAR STANDARD BANK - HOW INCOMPETENT DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO SEND MY PRIVATE CREDIT CARD STATEMENT TO MY WORK ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT??? I HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS BEFORE AND YOU WERE SO SORRY BUT CLEARLY NOT COMPETENT ENOUGH TO NOT LET IT HAPPEN AGAIN - SORT THIS OUT!!!
