They quoted me for a roof job, I paid a deposit and they didn't do anything as per quotation. Clearly not a experience roof specialist. So i went to the small claims court and now he is running away from the sheriff who want to deliver a summons on him.
Very unprofessional legal firm and debt collector. Sending legal threats to obtain judgement to attach property to 3rd parties of deceased person that they claim owe Vodacom money. Legal practioners and Debt collectors has no authority to contact or make threats to 3rd parties or family who they claim owe money to Vodacom. As for Vodacom, they should keep proper records of account before handing a file to attorneys. Especially if the account was very old and closed already. Next step would be to report them to the Law Society.
Dear FNB Homeloans I've been sending emails simply requesting a tax certificate and nobody seem to be willing to assist me. Then I try to call and have to hold on for more than 30 minutes without anybody answering my call. Only a recording playing the whole time. Now I will see if you maybe will call me back and assist me to retrieve my statements myself via a online platform or via a APP.

My Father passed away in January 2021. He had investments with Old Mutual and to date we are struggling to get in contact with a dedicated person at OLD MUTUAL to assist with the transfer/payout of funds. The broker who initially did the investments is no longer a employee of Old Mutual and is unable to assist even though he did try. For such a big company I expected better service. Why must one complain first to try and get assistance with completion of documents required. You are giving the impression that we are just another number in your que and have no priority to finalise everything so that funds can get transfered and reinvested. Same apply to dividends that is due and transfer of shares. Surely it was also Old Mutual responsibility to see that there is a nominated beneficiary on investments and now you creating a excuse to say there was none after more than 20 years. Even if there was no beneficiary there is ways to determine who the beneficiary will be by way of marital status and lifetime spouse. Please I'm asking of you to be professional and resolve this problem as it's creating a delay on the estate.
I've applied for a home loan via Standard Bank home loan to purchase a Standard Bank Easysell property. It's been longer than a month now and not making progress. I've been told staff is working from home but it appear the whole of homeloan department has come to a standstill? This is very time consuming and frustrating. I've been struggling to get my application finalised with FNB Smarthousing Pensionbacked loan. I get emails thats vague and don't give valid reasons to take the application to the next level to be finalised. I'm very disappointed in FNB service to date and also for not receiving a dedicated person that will help me to process this application successfully. I made so many calls via call centre's and people who don't appear to be able to resolve my problem. When one person can't assist me they either transfer me or hang up the phone. Dear FNB looking at how many people have a similar experience to myself and going back a good couple of years with the same problem, surely a big institution like you should have found a way to resolve a simple issue like this by now.
