I'm a first time buyer at Toyota Capegate and for me this is my worse experience ever. I bought a car on 25 November 2025 and ever since that time up until today, I've been begging them for my numberplates. I understand that I will have to drive with the temporary until I receive my original license plates and disc. Currently the temporary was is expired and I'm ******* on the road. There is no communication since three days from now regarding the license plates. They are eager to make a sale, but onced they are done with you, then you were just another sale.
DEBONAIRS BLUEDOWNS: I just had the worst experience ever. This is what happened to me... I know that Debonairs doesn't deliver in red zone areas such as my own area (Uitsig next to Ravensmead). Even when you Uitsig on the Debonairs app, it shows that it doesn't deliver in that area. Well I was in Wesbank today (01 July 2023) and I know that it is also a red zone area, but I wanted to try my luck and see if they gonna deliver in Wesbank. Guess what? The app said yes we do deliver there (Wesbank/Bluedowns). So I thought oh well I might as well order my On The Double pizzas. The order went through, they were busy preparing in. After 10mins I received a call, the person on the call asked me if I could go to the Engen garage to pick up my order, because the area is dangerous. So I said yes no problem. Now this order was placed to be paid cash on delivery. Not even 5 mins after I said yes, I will get it at Engen. They canceled it. So I placed another order, this time it was card payment, so that I know they won't cancel it, because it is already paid for. 10mins later they called me again, saying they are not sure if the driver will deliver at the garage because he is afraid. So I told them but earlier you asked me if I can pick it up at the garage. I asked how and when will I get my money back now, if you are not bringing my pizza. The lady just said I don't know, that's when I told her I'm gonna put in a complaint about their bad service. She told me I can put in a complaint but they don't deliver there and put the call down. 15mins has passed, remember this is now from past 6pm to around 8pm that I'm struggling with this order. They called back eventually to tell me that the driver will deliver my order and that I must be ready and waiting at Engen. This time they told me that they gonna bring both orders. The cash on delivery and online/card payment as well. I said no I will only take the card payment order, then they still want to argue, so I said ok yes bring it. Just so that they can bring my pizzas. I walked to Engen and it's dark already and me and them both know that this area is not safe. But I walked to make it easy for them. I came at Engen, the driver was already there waiting for me. I went him and told him that I'm not gonna take all 4 pizzas. I'm only gonna take those that I already paid for. He didn't talk much and drove away very fast, making me look like a fool. I just turned around to take my walk back through the dark, he came driving behind me to give the pizzas, after another 10mins of arguing about the pizzas. He eventually gave the pizzas I paid with card, I said thank you and he drove away. We came home and those pizzas were not even enjoyable anymore. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM DEBONAIRS.
Up to 25mbps speed internet, but my current speed is 120mbps. Checked on fast.com, this is ridiculous. I'm using the 4G phone only simcard, payed R299 for the worst service ever and its only day 3 using this service.
