David came to my house claimed to have fixed the dryer I paid R1950 for workmanship for my dryer. The dryer never worked. I’ve been chairing him since begin of March to date he has not returned but banked my money. He is unreliable ****mer.
The worst mental health services! The place is smelly and cats are everywhere. When you checking in they climb on tables. They roam in the wards as well. Don’t let me speak about the shower facilities. The food is disgusting. Even government hospitals give better diet. Mediclinic should be ashamed to have a brand associated with such poor standards. Nothing the****utic about this place.
I have had amazing service from the Macprop group over the passed 3 years. I have stayed in three different properties owned by them, and amazing services. Smooth transition, friendly gardening staff and security never compromised. Oh! Tommy and Stephen have been beyond incredible. Macprop has had my back! I would choose them again and again.
I am paying R699, no internet connection for over a week. I logged a call on 13th July and till 16th July they are still investigating . I asked to be channeled to the complaints department, and they said they don’t have this department. I asked to speak to the Supervisor, she said the agent that she can’t speak to me I must be patient, her name is Ofentse Kgaladi. It is really disappointing that we have company that don’t have complaints department, what it tells me they don’t care about their customers. RAIN! If you can’t run business get out of business and stop exploiting customers. Bad service!!!
