Terrible, Horrible people,,, especial that , Neville Wood Sales Manager IC Auto Roodepoort ,,,horrible horrible horible individuals, horrible service, lemon cars being sold
I am yet to receive a call or reply to my email from Nevile Wood. after his dealership sold me a lemon Nissan Navara last year in September, from than the same car has been with Nissan in total of 3 months. This is the first car in my entire life that goes to the dealership for all reasons but not just a normal service,,, a complete lemon, I shall keep on waiting for him. They terrible ,get out of them while you can,,,,, I had their policy for 5years, my first claim was declined ,,,during that process my car was in an accident and was written off,, again the declined my claim and I have a document that state clearly that upon total loss I will be paid some of all my premiums,,,,,I tried to lodge a claim consultant told me my policy number is invalid,,,very strange because they take premiums every month , they put me on hold, transfer my calls from pillar to post I don’t get answered,,, I sent an email to complain. To this date they haven't responded......they are crocks,,and skelems, they suck you dry Consultants that have answered my calls and are completely useless or they cover for this money making skim are • Sheila Muhamed, who is their apparent compliant officer, and I can’t wait to report her to FSCA Board • Poor Noulinda Nqabeni, she is not even embarrassed to say “I don’t know” I can’t help you • Lebogang Sephaphathi, a good for nothing somebody, • Zintle Tlou the worse of the pack I wonder what percentage they are taking home from all my premiums.
I want to applaud the Momentum Insure service which I personal received from Palesa Muchanga, The following traits she was consistently displayed from the onset: communicating (emails and calls), she was opened with information, provided alternatives, gave me time to consider all the options with no pressure, she communicated timelines, and adhered to her own timelines, A claim without paperwork, or thousand questions!!! Wooow though, I was hurt,, my car was being written off, but this type of service makes one move on smoothly and find comfort on the service itself, just knowing that someone is there for you Thank you Momentum, Thank you Palesa
