I had a good experience at the Bloemfontein Cure Day Clinic, the hospital is clean and well taken care of. The portraits and paintings on the wall are aesthetically pleasing and are calming to look at, especially for an anxious person who had never been to a hospital as a patient before (read me). The staff was friendly and welcoming, ranging from reception to the ward and theatre, everyone treated me with kindness and respect and ensured that my needs were met at all times especially with the pain management post-op. I will definitely consider Cure Day Hospitals should I need a day procedure in the future. #ShareTheLoveMzansi #HellopeterCommunity
Lovely "Coffee Shoppe", from the ambiance to the food. The staff is very friendly and professional. I love how eco-friendly the cafe is, the aesthetics of their decor is just perfect. The view of the small "lake" with all the ducks and the mini forest is absolutely beautiful, and there is a trail where you can walk in to explore the forest. We had brunch there with friends, and we loved it so much that we went back the next day for breakfast :).
Lodged a claim beginning of March and it took 2 months for them to approve. Finally when the panel beater was done working on the vehicle, IWYZE is giving us a run around now that is time to pay. It’s been over a month calling them every day to do a follow up on payment, but it’s always stories are stories. Needless to say we still don’t have a car for almost 5 months now. The worst service I’ve ever experienced by far, no communication at all, no professionalism. All they are good for is taking premiums every month! I would definitely not recommend this insurance company. IWYZE? Really? I don’t think there’s anything “wise” about them. Very poor service!
