I had to take some time to pay off an account. Each call and email I made and received from Toga lab debt department, I was met the most friendly, kind and understanding staff. Thank you for Helping me. Your Staff members are absolutely amazing
What a terrible hospital. Get straight out of surgery and get laughed at for having pain. Myself and other patients refused any pain medication and sleep aids just laughed at and said to wait 6 hours and then we will decide if you are in pain. Will definitely suggest that patients in the emergency ward are allowed to choose their doctors as there are many amazing doctors in this hospital but the worst was given to most of us in the ward. Thank you to Nurse Vicky fay for helping us and being the most on the ball nurse in the surgical ward.
Still no response from finrite administrators after paying my excess. 5months and nobody has ever tried to help me
I logged a claim in December and was told by my local telkom shop that I had to pay R250 ,which was paid immediately. Then got told that it was for a pervious claim. I have been emailing a person for the last 4 months who just does not was to help and now my claim has been suspended. When I phone this person is always on lunch and does not answer emails. abongile@adminplus.co.za
