Supersonic WIFI, why is my account still being charged??????? I cancelled my contract with you 2 months ago and paid everything I owed 2 months ago too. Leave my bank account alone!!!!!! Why are you still charging my bank account????? I contacted your sales people a month ago when you mistakenly charged me the first time and you said you would not charge me again YET HERE WE ARE!!!! since you keep charging my account, I’ll come here to lay a complaint against you. Guys or girls or women, stay away from supersonic WiFi, they are not worth it, your money in your bank account is not safe once you share your bank details with them. I tried to block the debit orders by contacting my bank but they said they can’t do much for me. LEAVE MY BANK ACCOUNT ALONE!!!!

Hi guys. I am a client of Supersonic, they are an wifi provider from roodepoort. I believe they work with MTN. I was happy with their service for about 3 months (they had A FEW issues but it was not as big as NOW) and then all of a sudden every morning my wifi is not working EVERY MORNING my wifi does not work till midday I have to recharge my phone with airtime to call them EVERY MORNING to fix my wifi Yesterday I topped up my capped wifi with R10 gigs and I cannot even use it today So what is the point !!!!! I am very upset because this is not what I signed up for. When you call them with a complaint they fix the issue for that day So tomorrow if you have a complaint, you waste airtime calling them again only for them to fix the problem TEMPORARILY for that day too I’m fed up When they can tell that you don’t sound happy on the call, they will not tell you to hold the phone so you can give them a review But when you sound happy with their service over the phone, that is the only time that they will ask to to please hold the line so that you can give them a review. Please do bette As for “capped wifi” - they definetly do not understand the meaning of that because they literally do not cap anything, they just let everything run into a negative. Basically it is UNCAPPED
