VOX WIFI CONNECTION
Hi I have switched over to Vox two months ago and since inception i have'nt have a stable 30min watching tv nor meetings. I have called several times and they keep telling me that they will send a technician out. Till this day no one has come out. They also mislead customers by asking for they account numbers even if you tell them you prefer to pay cash. They advices that its just for record keeping. I told them that i want to cancel because I'm not happy at all and i refuse to pay for their cancelation fee.

Don’t use Logtec Africa Removers nor Logtec Furniture Removers
We moved from Newcastle Kzn to Bloemfontein in June 2015 but he used Logtec truck to collect my entire furniture. Till today I’ve never received not even a pair of shoes from them. I called Eben and he told me that it’s not his fault that I haven’t received my furniture Logtec accused him of owing them 15k then so they will retain everything until Eben or I settle the bill. A year later I contacted lawyers with no success because Eben was under liquidation. After a year or 2 I contacted Logtec and they told me I owe the +R100 000. They kept my furnitures in Johannesburg from the onset where as they were told to bring them to a storage in Bloemfontein. The storage fee was included in the transportation fee for 6months in Bloemfontein. Eben and the Logtec team I wish you nothing but everything bad in life. You guys have taken everything I’ve worked for, all the memories of my entire family our family pictures all that I have inheritance from my grandma. Clothes, beds,tv’s I mean everything is gone including the R30 000 I’ve paid for the transportation. I wish you could all rot in jail for defrauding ppl.

Removal from Newcastle to Bloemfontein
Worst movers ever. They collected my furniture in 2015 subcontracted from Logtec. Both sick ppl . Since then I haven’t received my furniture. Everything I have worked for I’ve lost. Clothes, furniture,family pictures, my entire family clothes etc. I have fought till this day I haven’t found any joy. I wonder where can I get assistance to get back what I’ve lost. They were supposed to move my furniture to Bloemfontein but they took it to Johannesburg and kept it there, and demanded more money from me for storage. (100k) to be precise Michelle was the lady I used to talk to but she couldn’t care less. They took all that I’ve worked for over the years. It’s really sick what these ppl do to others.
