Completely disappointed in shift canal walk. I have been calling from 8pm to place a phone order phone rings no one answers. Get to the store just before 8/30 for them to turn me away. Driving all the way just to be turned away is completely unacceptable especially when no one answers your calls or states that the kitchen closes at 8/30. Honestly didn't expect this, communication is key , I went there with hugg expectations as I was there two weeks prior and enjoyed the food and the service , today I get the worst service ever. Bad bad bad communication. Needs fixing asap.
At the ndabeni branch , they did not inform me that my parcel would cost R1551.00 before collecting my package , we initially discussed the amount of the R600 we when I booked the package. I was sent me a message via their whatsapp line informing me I have to pay The mentioned amount in order to have my parcel released. I am absolutely disappointed in the service I received and as a customer that always uses this service it’s extremely frustrating to get such bad treatment and inaccurate information from an actual staff member in the company. As a business owner myself I wouldn’t recommend using this service due to the fact that you don’t know what you are actually going be charged. Very very disappointing, I even tried contacting the customer service and waited on feedback to resolve the issue and still no feedback till this hour. I wish for them to resolve my issue and compensate me for the excessive amount I was charged.
I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the service I received from KFC. I ordered 2 family meals today. I paid for the orders online and still my food hasn't arrived!!
