So sick of Sanlam Trust not paying out my kid's Decembwr money. They always do this. It's December,i send quote on the 1st,still no payout and it's Xmas tomorrow.
If i could rate a zero i would do that. NMBM has been the cause of my stress. I am fedup with the constant high billings. This has been going on for years and no one seems to help with my account. The meter readings on the statement is not what I see. My account is in the 200 thousands and every time i must send readings but nothing gets done.
A few months I made a claim because my microwave stopped working effectively. No one came to my house to come assess, no call from anyone to inform me of what is going on. Fast forward to today I noticed this mail was send months ago. I never got a call. I had to buy me a new microwave but I am covered for appliances. I need answers because what if this happen again
I am utterly disgusted with the service im getting from Sanlam Trust. I've submitted a withdrawal form 2 months ago and till today its not paid out. I've been calling, sending emails with no responses. I am really sick and tired with them. I am ready to consult my lawyer because this is the worst ever.
I submitted a schoolfees claim in December and still waiting for it to be paid. I called 2 weeks ago and was told that it will be paid that week but today my son came home from school with an embarrassing letter... Why was i not informed that this was not sorted? Why did no one from sanlam trust called me? This is a repetitive thing year in and year out. My eldest daughtes turned 21 today and the withdrawal form has been submitted. I pray to God that I wont wait for years for it to be paid out aswell. Please fix your communication because it is not rocket science to pick up a phone and make contact. I AM NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL.

I have reported my grievance with African Bank not releasing my fixed savings account and wanting me me to pay 6000 for the release after the consultant did her own thing after i said i want it fixed for 2 years. I am still waiting for them to get back to me and no communication after the lady from client service called me. I have things to do but nothing are being done. I am not happy.
I opened a fixed savings account over 2 years ago and fixed the money for 2 years. Now that I want my money it turned out that the consultant that assisted me invested my money for 5 years without my consent. First she never reinvested my interest and now they expect me to pay R6000 to release my money of which the mistake was made by one of their workers. How the heck. I am also working in a financial institution and i know as a consultant you cant just do your own thing. I even received an sms stating that i have reached maturity but in the branch i saw abouy the R6000. I can never pay that. Its a *******. I need this sorted or i will take it to the media. 90003586868 is the reference i got to transfer my money. I went to the branch and the lady attemted to assist me but i was on the call waiting to speak to someone and could not wait so long because even the head office service sucks.
