Johann Claasen @ Bigeazyscustoms, rep**** to my review posted on the 12th October. His initial response was that the Review be removed as it was unnecessary and uncalled for. He committed to resolving the issue by Friday afternoon, which was not done. On Saturday he sent a me a msg stating that he will press charges for "Slander" and loss of potential income, i responded with a video clip sent by him where he had made a promise that the paperwork would be done and he would personally deliver them to my house, when he realised that i had caught him blatantly lying, all he said was "i got him" Furthermore he is now threatening to deduct "expenses" from the money owed, clearly Johann has no respect for any Contractual Agreements as this is a direct violation of a signed agreement by both parties. This unfortunately has forced me to resort the Lawyers and open a Civil Case against Johann and Bigeazyscustoms. I will not be bul**** nor intimidated by him, as i am currently putting a complete "Dossier" together with signed agreements, email and exchange of all correspondence between us, and submitting to a Local TV Program. RESPECTFULLY EVEN A SINGLE STAR IS NOT WARRANTED.
Johann Claasen, director if Bigeazyscustoms is withholding documents and transfer of payment of a motorcycle sold. Numerous attempts have been made and countless promises from Johann that the issue would be resolved have not materialised. Regrettably he has proven that a customer is not on his priority list and his dishonesty continues with pointless excuses. Definitely don't recommend doing business at Bigeazyscustoms and be wary of Johann, can't be trusted.
Made the mistake of putting my trust and faith in Johann,the owner. Unfortunately he has mislead me and misinformed me. Most importantly still hasn't paid me for a motorcycle sold in the beginning of the year. Would not recommend him or his services to anyone.
My MTN upgrade was done in December 2022 , i have contacted the branch on numerous occasions and with poor results, they refer me to MTN Billing which has been unsuccessful thus far. This is totally unacceptable that i`m still being charged for my old contract and nobody seems to care.
After countless attempts to resolve my contract and billing, still no results , I must once again phone the MTN branch and repeat the process, poorest service and unprofessional from MTN, regret upgrading as its been a nightmare, 3 months and counting.
We had a break-in and robbery at our unit in Greenhills Randfontein on the 1st March, SAPS was contacted by the security company to come out, unfortunately that did not happen, my wife was inside the premises at the time of break-in and robbery. She was not harmed during this incident, I tried to report the incident at the SAPS for insurance purposes and got told that my wife must come in to report the break-in and robbery, I told the officer on duty that it was not possible as she has stage 4 Cancer .
Lodged numerous complaints about my account, incorrect debit amount , MTN outlet where upgrade was done has requested that the account be investigated and corrected also no joy, not even a reference number was given with my last complaint. Extremely poor service and feedback from MTN and the MTN branch in Tambotie Mall
