Dealing with the aforementioned branch for many years I am most disappointed with their service which is deteriorating very quickly. Having phoned them twice on separate occasions to be told my script is ready for collection. Only to travel there which is a good distance to find that they are not ready. I have even received an sms advising ready fir collection. Only to find it was a total waste of petrol.
The Cafe is situated in Richdens centre in Hillcrest KZN. had lunch there and had to wait ages for the meal to be served. I ordered a coke 300ml . Received the docket for the meal paid and left. On checking the docket I observed that I had been charged R25.00 for the coke which was an absolute ripoff. The following day I checked the price of the particular size coke at a local supermarket. The price being R10.99 reflecting that the restaurant was ripping patrons off with their price. I approached the owner and she agreed with the pricing not even battering an eyelid. I suggest you check the prices before patronising them. For me once bitten twice shy. No more.
Terrible courier service, took from 29th April to 11th May 2022 to deliver a parcel containing chronic medication. Not a great distance and the company has delivered to the address before. This was one of their excuses that they did not know where the delivery address was. They were contacted every day and the agents to the best of my knowledge did their utmost to arrange the delivery. Do not deal with this crowd as the possibility exists that you will be let down.
Handed my pc in for a service and update of Windows. On collection it was observed that the case of the pc had been changed. There was nothing wrong with the previous one, on questioning the technician about the change . It was all total denial and I pointed out the different features on the exchanged case. A person now worries if ever refered to them for repairs or what ever what else could be changed. Rather concerning.
Excellent service, go out of their way to assist you. Visited them 6 months ago and their service and help has not changed. Well done and keep it up and a big thanks to Thomas.
Having obtained one of the aforementioned glucose monitoring system I have discovered to set it up you need to be a rocket scientist. to obtain a blood sample is another story. No assistance available from customer services. Bad news save your money don't touch
ordered calamari and chips. Chips as hard as rock and the calamari was made of rubber. Once bitten twice shy. Never again and they are not scared to charge more than a fair share
