I am very angry and dissapointed with their insurance company since they are making me look n feel like an idiot, i made a claim with them since i was ****** and they took my phone. I have submitted everything that was needed to them,but now they say i must go to my network service provider to ask for a usage revesal of which no one knows about it, i have made my claim on the 11th of january till now no one is saying anything and i feel it is not fair since i am paying for the insurance. The worst part is i need the device for work purpose, i might end up not getting my salary because of them. I feel they are inconveniencing me and putting me under stress after all the traumer that i have went through. I would appreciate any kind of assistance and be responded asap.
My experience with the insurance company at totalsports south gate, is extremely bad. Bad customer service, it's like they don't care at all about a customer. When a customer lays a complain they don't even make a follow up. Poor customer service is what they provide. I made a claim for my device and submitted all the documents but now they are making me runarround like a headless chicken, as if i was not paying the insurrance. I have went to the store for a follow up several times and they are promising to get back to me with the approval of getting a new device but instead theres nothing. What is even sad is that i use the device for work, so how am i supposed to do my duties without the device? How will i be able to pay the insurance in future if i wont get payed. I am so desapointed with them.
Hi, I really love chicken licken so much but lately with the bad service experience that I encountered several times hoping that maybe it a mistake. I don't think I would ever go spend my money there, I am talking about southgate chicken licken. They really don't have a good customers service at all. Today I got to have toasted bread that has been burnt not to mention the meat, I was so disappointed as this is not the first time. It's like now they are doing it on purpose when they see me. Every time when I purchase a meal there I get to regret why have i gone to them, meaning i become an unhappy customer.
