Very bad service.When to the branch x2 and phoned homeloans and still flexible resurf not done. Incomplete
I have been trying 13 day now with Vodacom to send me a proof of purchase for my A52 s 5G phone.I upgrade last year and RAM delivered.I visited the branch and phone 100 times.There service stinks.My phone remains blacklisted by Mtn because vodacom can provided proof of purchase on my contract phone upgrade.Even the Ceo office/Kagiso is useless
So disappointed and unsatisfied with the photo's. Karen's unwillingness to let the client choose their own photos and even unwilling to make an appointment to let the client review the photos before editing the final album. The album is chosen for you as a package and you get what you get. Even after the proposal for compensation for extra photos that were missing in the majority of the photoshoot this was ignored and declined .The verbally agreed packages was not delivered at the end of the day. Get a contract or packages in writing before entering into business with Karen. client satisfaction is completely not a priority for her.
I bought a online store from Ready made store. I spoke to Lebo the Sales Consultant and explained what my needs was. It was slidely different as to what they offer. She promised me that they can fulfill my needs. At the end they did not deliver. RMS is not willing to refund me with a lot of ungrounded excuses. I stopped my payment at bank, product not received and asked RMS to cancel my online store as it is not functional. Now the owner Anthony Phillips is causing me of making a fraudulent claim at the bank (WORKED 25 YER FOR THE BANK). Not once did he speak to me to see what the problem was or to resolve the problem. Only this degrading email to tell me they cancelled the store as requested. NO DELIVERY EQUALS FULL REFUND = R7319.00
