My iphone was recently hacked. i have had to think very clearly as to how all my contacts were accessed and I have reason to suspect that this may well have happened when i traded in my old iphone at Mall of Africa. The entire process of transferring my information from old phone to new phone took an abnormally long time apparently due to internet constraints however looking back my phone was left completely accessible. i was re-assured that i was doing the right thing however the cleaning of my old phone was not done in front of me. I believe my contact list was accessed to be used at a later date. i would issue caution to anyone trading their old phone in.
I spent seven months with ezDebt I paid over in total R161 500.17 and my overall debt did not decrease at all. The statements from DC Partner never once matched my financial institutions balance I continually questioned this but got no satisfactory responce. I am very luck to have been able to change service providers and am paying less with much better results. Not only is EZDebt expensive but I believe something very fishy is going on there. I dont recommend them atall.
This site is a ****. They force automatic subscription renewals without your consent and claim to have warned you in their terms and conditions which is completely inadequate. They are making their money dishonestly and are actual *******. Please warn people not to make use of this site!
I recently paid for a subscription with 114 channels which does not work. After two weeks of calling in I was told my subscription was *****ulent. Sandile Mathonzi responded to my Hello Peter case and I sent bank statements etc. I was told to log in and out and the cghannels would re-appear. Unfortunately this has not been the case!! Unfortunately Sandile Mathonzi has not bothered to respond to my emails. Today again I call in only to be told my prepaid account is *****ulent no further details? I need to understand on what this is based? I dont have the time to drive 30min to Multichoce to show an ID? is that what they want? disappointed to say the least!
I recently signed up and paid for a Dstv now streaming package which worked for two days and suddenly stopped working. I contacted the call centre and was sent around in circles with chat bots on WhatsApp. I have not enjoyed the service I paid for two weeks now. Tonight I called the contact centre and was informed that my account is up for ***** that it has been blocked. I find this ridiculous no one had even made contact with me? What am I accused of? It was a simple R99 transaction for which I gave all my details truthfully and according to DSTV I have committed *****? Kindly have the courtesy to contact me and explain your predicament?
Latam cancelled my international return flight from Rio to Johannesburg leaving me stranded with no warning. I had several tickets all with Latam in the past two weeks and was not prepared to beturbed away today. I would not recommend this airline going forward especially after bookimg all the tickets with them. Their helpddesk has not responded timeously and I feel both frustrated and ripped off.
