I don't want to give Mweb even one star. They get minus. I am trying to cancel my account. I managed after a long while to get to a salesperson, who thought yay! When he heard I was cancelling, the voice became disinterested and he said he was putting me through to cancellations. I waited for a person to answer for 15 minutes, then tried again. I have now spent an hour of my precious time trying to get hold of someone at MWEB.

On due date of delivery I received a notice to pay R40. I thought it was customs. I paid and was debited R700 = $40. I received email that I had subscribed to ? And after trial I would be debited daily. The link is a **** site. Bank has refunded the dispute. Card stopped. Since then I have had another message that if I don’t pay R40 the parcel will be retuned. Then they sent a message from FedEx. I phoned with tracking number and the person told me that no such number exists. It’s a scam. I have disputed the purchase with the bank and the agent said I would be getting a dispute refund. I believe that Light in the Box is a front for a massive scam. The site is mumbo jumbo and the email address does not exist. The online chat is options, no person at all.
Five Stars. When Home of Living Brands were unable to repair a Russell Hobbs frother, I received a new one with full warrantee. My previous experience was an item supplied by them and sold and delivered by Takealot. When the item broke, I was given a full credit.
It's a scam. How do I get my money back? They do not answer the phone. Tried e-mailing and requesting to no avail. This is theft! Perpetrators should be charged and jailed.
