I took out a funeral policy on the 26/08/2021 and I also paid my first premium on the very same day but unfortunately I cancelled my policy before 31 days as it is stated on their contract that if cancel your policy within 31 days, you will be refunded.since I cancelled my policy until today,I have not received my premium back..I tried sending them an email but I still have not received my premium back..I'm not happy at all

I have an inspire account..n I have been complaining about the same thing since 2019..I've been sending them my proof of payment but until today my case is not solved They have been sending me messages that I owe them more than R5000,of which I payed..so I dont know what to do anymore
Hello Peter..I had an account with inspire n I have been paying my account via eft but even today they still say that I'm owing them more than R5000,they said I must send proof of payment n I've been doing that since 2019...I dont know what to do anymore..please help
