I wrote a review on the 28th June lodging a complaint about homechoice online staff for placing an order without my consent or my knowledge. No one ever came back to me since and on the 1st of July I received an sms stating that my credit has been successfully processed on my homechoice credit account but no one called me and no email sent then i went to Mall of Tembisa homechoice showroom to check whether the amount of their order is added on my name and i found that on the system I paid all my bill and there is no additional charges which is great. I feel like they did not do enough as they didn't bother to follow up on this case as i am the victim of fraud here under the name of their company. And i would like to plead with homechoice management to stop this fraudulent acts from occurring because they do have the names of their consultants who steal from customers. I acted immediately because my sister experienced the same fraud by homechoice whereby R10000 was added on her account as they were claiming that she received the order that she never even placed. With my sister it took the whole year to resolve the Matter. Please people in my case i will never place an order online while i can walk to the showroom and avoid transport charges. Please homechoice management teach your staff members that fraud is a criminal offense in South Africa it doesn't mean if our personal information is accessible to them they have the rights to use it the way they want .
I received an sms and email on the 28th of june saying that my order has been packed and its ready for delivery and I never placed an order with homechoice. I immediately sent an email telling them that they must cancel the order as i did not Place it.The following day i went to mall of Tembisa show room and the lady there dial for me and i spoke to Natasha at customer service,i explained to her what my problem is and she asked for my personal information i gave her she then hang the phone on me, i then asked them to dial for me again and Nokwanele picked up the phone and he assisted me then he explained to me that it will take 7 days for them to cancel the order and they will sent me proof of cancellation next week. Today i received a call from someone saying he is a driver and he has my order then i told him i do not have an order with homechoice. This is so sad because homechoice knows very well who placed that order with my name and they did that to my younger sister now i have to make means to follow this up because it is my name and i have to clear it . How can a big company like this encourage fraud by covering their consultants. I am unemployed and my husband made sure he paid all my outstanding debts with homechoice now this. Are this people aware of the damage they make in other people's lives. Please help us deal with this thieves that are stealing from the customers.
Stressed by festive season, so i went to Edgars Mall of Tembisa for window shopping. When i get there i found affordable clothes and sizes for all my children. Then i decided to do shopping and i was carrying clothes in my hands still busy checking other clothes. I heard someone greeting me then i greeted while busy looking down on the clothes, then the guy said sorry mama here is the trolley to put your items in so that u can have a happy and easy shopping. It was the staff member who was mechandising next to where i was and i was not even aware that i carried a lot of items in my hands. This is very rare experience to find in local stores and i felt well taken of.i would like to say thank you guys and keep up the good work. I love the passion and good customer care service of Edgars mall of Tembisa staff members.
Bad attitude, no communication and an hour waiting to be assisted by the cashier called Tendani. Please advise store managers to oversee their subordinates to see how they interact and serve the customers. They must not sit in their offices. I came to cancel my laybye because I didn't have money to pay the outstanding balance so my laybye was expired. She didn't check the slip she just shouted Masala(staff member)with the intercom then tell me to wait and she continue serving other customers. After an hour i asked her if she still want to assist me.she then send someone to give the slip to the relevant person. That Masala guy is the one who told the cashier to put my deposit into the gift card. Very simple procedure but it took the whole day for the cashiers to execute it. Please train your staff that customers are all important whether they came to cancel their transactions or they came to pay they must all be treated with care,love, smile and respect. Most importantly advice your managers to manage staff not office furnitures.let everyone play their part in order to grow the business.
