My husband was in a car accident, and this was a first for us. We were very confused about what is going to happen and how long it's going to take. The vehicle was a write off and to our surprise everything was completed within a week! It really was a hassle-free process from start to end. We will recommend Outsurance to everyone!
Why would you deliver a package to the wrong address if the address is clearly stated on the package!!!!! This is not acceptable! Cherry on top is that I have to pay for your bad service!!!! And then the people that accepted the package says the driver said that I said he should leave it there?????????????????????? I want my money back!

What does it take for you to close a credit card? I've been to the branch on the 10th of August with my mom to close her credit card and to obtain signing powers on her account. Initially I was so impressed with the service as the lady at the branch were extremely helpful.....but....we are now receiving messages to state my mom's credit card is in arrears. We have filled in the forms at the branch and I received a copy of the email that it was sent. They are also still deducting a policy from my moms credit card that has been paid out. For this I also had to resort to Hello Peter! We will not be paying anything on this credit card as the settlement amount was paid on the 10th of August!
I wish I didn't have to put 1 star! After being a loyal customer for almost 10 years and always paying my invoice on time, I now have the headache trying to get rid of you. Firstly I cancelled in Feb, which was not done immediately and I struggled to cancel, getting invoice after invoice. This eventually stopped until last month. Now I am getting invoices again for the amount of 0.01c!!!!!!!!!!!!! One cent!!!!!!!! I just received another one. Even states overdue for more thatn 90+ days! This is ridiculous! PLEASE STOP THIS NONSENSE!
I wish I could give NO stars at all. I am truly happy that you are not my bank, but unfortunately my mom is and trying to assist her to claim with a funeral claim, has been an absolute nightmare!!!! Claim was submitted on the 7th of July 2021. I have been following up weekly on progress, as nothing is happening. A funeral claim is suppose to pay out asap as there are financial implications! But this is not happening. Every week I'm just being told they will escalate. They take my number, but then they don't do anything about it! Today was the last straw.....I called again only to be told that they cannot share any information with me because my mom is not with me. My mom is in Limpopo and I'm in Gauteng. This was not a problem on the previous 3 times I called FNB to find out the progress but yet today....all of a sudden its a problem. I will never ever ever use your services and I'm going to convince my mom to move her accounts. You are useless! And in the meantime the debit order for the policy is still being deducted!
