No connection for over a week
I haven’t had internet for over a week and they don’t have ETR because they still “don’t know” whats wrong. Took the definition of inconvenience to a whole new, unprecedented level. if you’re looking for inconvenience, I’d highly recommend S4L. They are experts when it comes to that.

Internet always down!
Consistently down. You’d be lucky to go a day without some kind of outage in the Sky city area. In the past two weeks only, the outages could tally up to 6-7 days of no internet connection. I wish there were other alternatives because we’re basically paying for a service you cannot use.

Rage fraud accounts
I recently got notified of an account that was opened using my details at rage. This account also reflected on my credit profile. According to the consultants, I sent in an SMS applying for this account but the number used was not mine(clearly fraud). I called in numerous times (this is my second month) trying to get the account closed and blocked.However, the account still reflects as an active account on my part and I am told to take it up with transunion because there is nothing they can do on their part. I called trans union and they advised me to get rage to do it themselves because the procedure would be long and this could potentially affect my current applications. My question is, is this how rage runs their business? Are there NO authentication processes followed to ensure that applications are true and VALID? One can simply SMS your ID number and boom, you have an active account with them? And why is it so hard closing down this account?
