TERRIBLE (NON-EXSISTENT) CUSTOMER SERVICE
As a new applicant, I am appalled by the extreme unprofessionalism and lack of service from this institution. Since I have app****, no one has bothered to provide feedback nor respond to requests for feedback. Calling the institution directly is complete HELL. As a new prospect, I am even losing the motivation to study here as it seems it's just a mess. Especially for such a pricey institution.

Horrendous Customer Service - Worst Food Delivery App
MrD Foods is not worth the frustration it comes with. I am absolutely done with this app. Their horrendous customers agents (KHUSELISA) were the last nail in the coffin. I hope we get better service providers in our area because MrD Foods is the bottom I don't care to suffer from anymore. AVOID BY ALL MEANS!

Happy & Overly - Impressed Dischem Online Shopper!
Amazing online shopping experience EVERY SINGLE TIME! I'm happy to always shop my needs on Dischem online because of how efficient it is. My latest order was delivered to me in just over 12 hours. I hope they treat their employees well because WOW - what a team! Flawless experience. I can't praise it enough! Their Twitter team is also amazing - can all businesses copy from you please!

Sleepy Agents with No Knowledge of the App
The customer service here (call centre) is appalling. Spoke to agents (Ayabonga and Luke) who were not present (specifically Ayabonga) and did not how to assist me - most frustrating thing using airtime to listen to sleep agents uhm-ing the entire call. Left a bitter taste in my mouth - the app and the call centre are the pits!
