SARS poor service
I wouldn't give SARS any starts but there's no option for that.nonetheless this year has been the worst whatever they did to change the way they used to work that person doesn't know what they are doing.the service is horrible.consultants taking long breaks and in-between they still take breaks.i have not received my refund till today I waited 21 days only to be told my banking details were incorrect though I updated them inside a branch,I went again after 72hrs i was told i need to submit supporting documents.i am still waiting for a refund since August.SARS HAS BECOME A DAY HOSPITAL SERIOUSLY HAVING TO BE IN A QUE AT 4AM STANDING OUTSIDE IN THE COLD FOR THEM TO OPEN AT 8AM is RIDICULOUS

Very bad and dishonest place.paid R9000 deposit fory car to be fixed as they said they could fix it,later on was told they ordered the wrong staff and they fired the person who did that but still could not the money back.i was told to go to the supplier myself to get the refund 🤬 ofcourse I did not do that.till.today I have not received the R9000.everytime I went there the receptionist made calls to the head office making empty promises to me to call back they never did not even once.R9000 is a lot of money if they think I have forgotten we shall see each other in court.

Worse service of my life.my account has been frozen since the 13/07,I called and i was told to speak to ***** department which I did,they asked about transactions in my account I verified them,was told to send an email to the ***** department did that as well They asked for card number gave it after that silent treatment no one is coming back to me What are they investigating I don't know. I have given them enough time and when I call the ***** department I am told the investigators will call, I don't know when that will be maybe on my funeral day when I can't speak anymore then they can ***** my money. I just joined STD bank but that's it for me I am out there's a lot of professional banks I can go to. They are doing ***** by keeping my money away from me. 😡🤬

Auto works Salt River skelims very shocked, disgusted, disappointed
Very bad service. My vehicle went in on a Wednesday then Thursday overheated took it in and it was assessed totalling R3000. Friend of mine went there to see what exactly they were charging to his surprise they were lying they dropped the amount now to R1300. I just wonder why they have different rates for a black man but when a colored person goes in the price drops to more than half of what they were charging. Makes me also wonder if they ever serviced the car in the first place or we were just paying them to cause more problems so that we go back to them. Skelims maan am so annoyed by these people
