I wrote on here last week and you guys seemed to be taking some kind of initiative to get the issue resolved since it has been over a month the accident happened, yet the car is still not fixed and the person that spoke to us said by yesterday they would have finalized everything and promised to contact us but we are the ones constantly chasing for an update that should have been finalized by now and it seems like you don't care that our livelihood depends on that car, you asked us to give you a week so you can finalize things on your side and promised to get back to us either on Wednesday or Thursday this week, it is Friday, not a word about the car being fixed
My mom's car has not been fixed after an accident that damaged her car and she can no longer use it for work because in over a month you have not rep**** her, you keep asking for the same doccies she has sent you over 10 times and as a result we are looking to sue your client for messing with our livelihood because you guys refuse to give an update when you will sort this out!!!!!
Hi, this is the third time that my mom is coming to your store in Cavendish requesting a refund and she keeps getting inconvenienced and turned down because her credit card is from Capitec and you have no cash in your tills, we are coming from Zevenwacht and driving to the southern suburbs which is costing a chunk on fuel and now there is a possibility that we are expected to come back a FOURTH time if somebody named Neil doesn't deposit the money in our account, on average fuel is R170 to come here and it was acceptable the first time but to spend the same amount a FOURTH time to get something as simple as a refund is ludicrous! Please find a way that doesn't inconvenience my mother and myself or reimburse on fuel, each drive we make is over 30km for you lot to CONSTANTLY turn us down, and according to the consumer protection act you are failing your customers
On Thursday 29th July I purchased a pocket router from Telkom Adderley Street and during the transaction the assistant manager had a very impudent demeanor, however I proceeded with the sale ignoring that and the sales reps that assisted me, Sadeeq apologized for her being rude, he then explained how to operate the router and said if I'm dissatisfied to return to the store within seven days, he unfortunately didn't disclose that there's a non-returnable policy for the device which I found negligent and to a certain extent incompetent, my right to disclosure of information and procedures as a consumer had been breached and as a result I had to contact Telkom customer care 5 times to explain to them I was blindsided as the sales rep did not tell me they don't do refunds, and they advised me to go back to store and claim for a refund after giving me a case number. I went back today to present the go-ahead for the refund by their customer care supervisors, and I was made to wait for an hour after telling the manager I had an exam to write in less than 20 minutes and they told me I could be refunded by the end of the day which I found extremely absurd. I explained I needed the money immediately as I was running late for my paper that I ended up being denied to write as I was extremely late to the venue and I will have to pay for a rewrite because the store manager said they needed to follow process which could take up to the end of the day. I went back at 3pm to collect my refund after he texted me it was approved and neither he or the sales representative was remorseful about me missing my exam because they denied me a refund earlier and the stressful position they put me in after I was very patient with them irrespective of them not being competent enough to explain their full procedures so I could have made an informed decision on the day of my purchase to avoid such an experience. There were no checks for coverage in my area so we could all be certain the router was going to work well and not give me issues once I leave the store. The service was beyond appalling
