Poor quality of Work & ********* practices and behaviour
My mom hired Loffi from LL Electronical and Maintenance for a Wendy house and solar installation, and it has been a nightmare from start to now as it's not even finished. My mother paid a 90% deposit (R130,000), and despite giving multiple deadlines, the job remains incomplete. Loffi has used every excuse in the book, and it’s become clear that he uses funds from new clients to try and finish older projects which means of there is no new clients he doesn't finish. To make matters worse, he sent a third party to my mother’s home demanding payment – even though we had already paid him as per his original quote. This behavior isn’t just *********; it’s downright dangerous, and it has put my family at risk because he is dishonest. If you value your time, money, and safety, stay away from this company and help spread the word. This is not a trustworthy business.

Nompumelelo Madonsela from Miway, *WOW* what a lovely lady. She was patient and super friendly, but professional. She assisted me so nicely and help me reach end result that I'm more than happy with. Miway I love that you are one of the few things that *DONT* add to my grey hairs. Fabulous staff Fabulous service.

Excellent service
Nathanuel Phillips assisted me in signing up my to Scottie He was quick friendly and gave me an opportunity to ask questions. He also made sure I understand all options available. He referred to the dogs as fur babies (cute touch) Thank you Sir your an asset to your company.

Purposefully with holding information
I signed up for a sim only voice bundle/mins contract. When signing up they explained the terms and conditions. However only a 2 weeks in to the contract I realised I could not phone 086 numbers it stated that these numbers did no exist. On calling Cell C they informed me yes that you can't call 086 nor 087 number you would need to load airtime for this. I believe that iltgis information is with held on purpose as who would agree to a minutes contract if you can call the most important numbers in your client list. Banks Medical aid Insurance Companies Toll free numbers. I think Cell C should be open with clients.

Dotsure, Customer Service
I was looking at quotes online, explored dotsure, it took me 15mins to sign up. On reviewing my policy I see I had made a mistake with one of the doggie details on the chat line Rebecca was on the chat she assisted me. She explained additional products as well made my changes and resent the policy. This to date has been the best customer services I have ever experienced todate. I would like to recommended Rebecca on her service and drive to please customers. Dotsure is lucky to have you on the team.
