I have just been billed for a product I NEVER requested! This a daylight **** !!!!!!
What a headache! A device was installed and never worked, I was then charged for it and am the one who has to call them time and again trying to get assistance. I regret
I left ticket after ticket, called them. Very quick when you want to BUY from them, they even call you back, But to get assistance its been days trying to get them to cancel. No assistance. No promise is kept now Im stuck with 3 sim cards that I must pay. Pure daylight *******! Who is th umbudsman for ISP's Please suggest alternatives to Rain so I can tell all my friends and family.
Due to an unforeseen event where my salary came in late, debit order for R133 bounced. I incurred a R147 penalty. Cartrack had not the courtesy I have seen in other companies to call and say "can we debit your account again, do you have funds?" They went ahead and debited almost dailly now my charges are almost 5 times the R133 they are chasing me for!!!!!. In these though economic times, I believe only money is at the heart of Cartrack not customer service. What did they change, what did they offer their loyal customers to show they are sympathetic to our plight, I see nothing! Called them prior to this my call was being picked up and dropped, i could clearly hear ppl in the background. I even refered a friend 2 weeks ago as per their R99 adverti*****t only to find the premium is R136 the poor guy had to go look elsewhere.
