Life Hospital Accounts Department is Inefficient!!
I visited Life Wilgeheuwel casualty on 13May25. I made 2 payments of R434.30 on 20Jun25 and R400 on 25Jun25 respectively. I kept getting messages that there was still R400 outstanding. On 19Sep25 I phoned the accounts department and then sent a personal email to the person I spoke to, attaching my proofs of payment. I requested a confirmation, which I did not receive. Today I received a message to say I'm being handed over to lawyers. Why don't people in the accounts department read their emails, especially when they've just had a conversation with that person and the email is expected, instead of handing people over to expensive lawyers!!! I won't mention the person I spoke to here, but if you contact me you can have her name. Thanks

Head Psychiatrist Helen Joseph
The nurses were fine! The psychiatric intern were lovely but oh my goodness the head psychiatrist, what a dreadful woman. Shouted out my diagnosis in front of the whole ward , and it was different from my previous diagnosis. When I asked her for 5 minutes to check if my meds were right for the new diagnosis saying "this conversation is over". Wow. If you can avoid this woman, do so!

Chris Lee, terrible "lawyer"
Don't use this "lawyer", absolutely terrible. No work done on case, just charging for "services". Couldn't get hold of the guy for months, just get fobbed off with below par knowledge by the receptionist. When I fired him, I couldn't get him off the hone looking for "his" money. Really, looking for a lawyer, you couldn't do worse.

Great service from Zavia Wolfswinkel at Momentum
<p>I had the unfortunate experience of a car crash about a month ago. I couldn't be happier with my short term insurer - Momentum and more specifically Zavia Wolfswinkel - friendly, efficient and did what he said he would do! Really a pleasant experience - kudos to Zavia and Momentum!</p>
