i ordered 3 all star box's. when i got home i found that 2 of the burgers had no chicken patty on them.
I had a very good service at best drive cresta in 2023 around February. I have never forgotten how friendly and supportive the manager and her team were that to this day i still recall the wonderful service i received. Thank Tonia and team.
Please can someone help me. Me&you Mobile are now bullying me; After months of virtually receiving no service from them but getting their Money, i eventually cancelled my contract with me&youmobile. Barely a month later they sent me an email to say if i do not return their router they would charge me R1800 and and admin fee for a damaged box. But I am a clever girl. I made sure i took pictures before sending it to them with a courier they provided but i had to pay for. a few weeks pass by and they say to me the router was damaged and i need to pay R1911. Me and you mobile then proceeded to take money from my account. i called them and spoke to one of the staff who had no answers for me. he said I NEEDED TO PROVE THAT THE ROUTER WAS NOT DAMAGED. i sent pictures and today they are still demanding that i pay them the money.... get this...so as to AVOID AN INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE?!!!!!! Which service i ask????? the service i cancelled??? am i paying for cancelled services?? or Services of deviously getting money from people ????!!! Someone please help me expose them. I have pictures of a solid router i gave the courier guy. M& yo Mobile have continued to bill me for services that i no longer benefit from. Infact, they owe me for billing me for wifi from March to May that i never received. Someone please help. how do i stop these Guys!!!!!
URGENT ATTENTION: DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO ME AND YOU MOBILE. IT'S THE MOST INCOMPETENT NETWORK SERVICE PROVIDER EVER.!!!! 5 DAYS AFTER SPEAKING TO AGENTS, NOT ONLY DO THEY NOT KNOW WHAT THERE DOING ,AGENTS HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO ASSIST. THEIR PHONES ARE CONSTANTLY BUSY. THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE HALF A STAR. WE TRY TO SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES BUT THEY ARE CONSTANTLY LETTING US DWON. RATHER GO TO THE BIS COMPANIES LIKE MTN OR TELKOM.
If ever there was a 0.5 rating to give Vodacom, they would have received it for mere existence. i am so livid with them. on April 27 i wrote to customer care services FOLLOWING UP A CANCELLATION... I REPEAT...FOLLOWING UP, NOT STARTING. 4 Months later today here i am still being billed on services that i have said to please be cancelled. i have called customer care, spoken to supervisors, written emails, walked into one of the shops and everyone cant get it right to just cancel a contract...a contract which has finished. All i want to do especially in the covid times is to reduce expenses but vodacom clearly have not received that memo. they do not care about the poor customers who are just trying to save some money. Nooo they want to bleed me dry. I honestly felt like crying when i saw an email statement come in with a new invoice for August. what do i need to do? all i want is to cancel this service. And get this i am not even using the airtime and data they are sending me!!!!! I dont know what to do!!! Vodacom do you receive cancellation by smoke signal? Morse Code? Rocket ship? And i am a really nice person.
