My family and i went to Old Town Italy in Menlyn to have dinner, we shared the platter on the starters menu and all 3 of us have gotten food poisoning. We got really ill following dinner there. Previous time we went there the food was a bit disappointing but we thought we would give it a second try and to be honest never again.
I opened an account with FNB and the agent who assisted me did not set up my profile correctly as explained to me by another agent as I was unable to set up my online banking, after 4 trips to FNB and hours on the phone they eventually fixed my online banking. Now for the first time I transferred money into my account and now my account is on hold and I am unable to withdraw my money or make any payments. I now do not have any access to my own money! I have been on the phone for more than a hour and been transferred between digital banking and premier banking 6 times! The line is so bad the agent finally being able to assist me can not even hear me and then simply sent me back to my online banking and said I must use the online chat. Since I started banking with FNB I have only had problems on problems and it's been 2 months!
I have received 6 calls a day from this company and have told then numerous times I am not interested and asked for my details to be removed from their system and still I keep getting calls. I have had to block 3 different numbers from them. This is ridiculous.
