MTN where to start. *****? Intentional deception? *****ing? Having my phone ****** is one thing... When my insurance company cannot give me a replacement loan phone which I PAY for EVERY MONTH as per my legally binding contract is another thing. Not only do i pay for the insurance but i PAY EVERY MONTH for a LOAN PHONE incase i find my self in this position. You MTN advise me that you not longer give out loan phones and in the same breath advise me that my replacement phone will take two weeks to be replaced. In order for this matter to be settled i see two options, Option 1: I want a loan phone until my replacement phone is ready for collection or Option 2: i want every single insurance premium back since inception. Either or will suffice. I look forward to hearing from you very soon.

To say I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Bride and Co Canal walk is an understatement. I recently made a booking for a bridal dress fitting at the Canal walk store. I called two weeks before and mentioned I wanted to bring champagne and that the 8 of us would be happy to pay extra or whatever was needed. The manager then informed me that the bride can only bring 3 people with her to the fitting. No where on the website or the booking confirmation is this mentioned at all. I have several bridesmaids who have booked flights to come down for this! The manager said they cannot accommodate all 8 of us as Saturday is a busy day. But we have a booking? She then said if we came on Sunday they can accommodate us. I mentioned that we cannot do Sunday as the flights back home are booked for Sunday morning already. She then said they cannot allow us to have 8 people because of covid, but offered to accommodate 8 people on Sunday (does covid rest on Sundays?) I offered the solution of booking us as two appointments at the same time so as to avoid breaking covid regulations to which the manager Mpho reverted with "are you going to buy two dresses"? They were completely unwilling to accommodate or help us even when I provided solutions to their problems. Bride and Co doesn't care at all about their customers. Money is the end game and that's all that matters too them. Will not be supporting them at all in the future.
