Company fails to pay employees
The company is situated at Mabutos building in Chiawelo. the owner doesn't treat you as human, he does whatever he wants. He talks a lot about growth but suppress it. He doesn't pay employees as we were selling Vuma reach fibre. When it comes to payment, he tell stories yet still wants you to perform as nothing happened. Here are the contact numbers of the owner, +27 73 220 1018 He promised to pay me R3000 for driving, and the money to recruit other people to work. He even short paid my commission, there is no basic.

Unfair treatment of employees
I was dismissed unfairly by my manager Mlungisi Thwala of FTTH War Room. He phoned and told me to resign, he doesn't want to work with me, and no manager wanna work with me. He showed me how to resign and because I was scared, I did as he said. I was permanent, worked very well before he worked at Vox telecom. He was 3 months in the business yet misused the power as manager. They hire almost every week yet dismiss people like they nothing. I was supposed to attend a hearing and Mr Mlungisi Thwala phoned me a day before hearing to tell me to resign and made me feel scared. He even promised to move me to another department after sending him a resignation letter, but he didn't do it. Now I own rent, and other people, I can't pay stokvel, struggling to start afresh.

Port me back to MTN
I bought the clientele sim and ported from mtn. I was not happy with the clientele data prising as you pay R100 for 1gig of data. I requested to port back to mtn, I followed all the porting procedure but clientele has been declining the request sent by MTN. I even waited for more than 3 months as they requested. I don't owe clientele anything and I have a right to use the network of my choice.
