This week I have been ****** by yesterday 3 times. Played soccer ticket that went in but odds on my tickets got reduced and they paid very small amounts instead of what I was supposed to get. Support is not really Support because no one is assisting. A ticket that was supposed to pay R1130 paid R700. Then now a ticket that was supposed to pay R800 only paid R270. I hate this app .

Poor customer service. This is a kaak betting site. I deposited via eft it's over 24 hours my money is not credited into my account. I hv been trying g to communicate with them since morning sending emails. It's nonsense . There's a agent there by the name of Sihle. She said my account does not belong to me it belongs to someone else. Imagine an account that I used for more tgan 5 years.

Nonsense betting site
Poor customer service. This is a kaak betting site. I deposited via eft it's over 24 hours my money is not credited into my account. I hv been trying g to communicate with them since morning sending emails. It's only now I get a text that my money will be credited between 24 to 48 hours. It's nonsense
