Great service by Brightness
Brightness was great when assisting me with logging a claim for my vehicle. I am unable to comment on the claims process as yet, but as the first person that I dealt with when logging a claim, she was great.

Get it together GAP
I've always been a huge fan of Goodwood Armed Patrols. We used them when I was in high school and I've only had the best experiences. Now that I am trying to get armed response for my own place I have to keep following up with the team at the office. No one is calling me back, no one is responding to me and this is now a matter of urgency. This is not a #WIN for Goodwood Armed Patrold

Charlize Minaar was very helpful when choosing a suitable insurance option for my pet. I didn't feel pressurised to take the most expensive option, which was my experience with a different insurance company. She called back when she said she would, which I appreciated.

Taxes are not so terrifying with Taxtim.
I have used Taxtim for 4 years now and the process has always been so easy. They use language which is easy to understand and breakdown everything for you in bite size pieces so that you are not overwhelmed. I would highly recommend this, especially if submitting taxes yourself via efiling seems daunting.
