Poor service, broken return promises, rude management, exchange denied despite timely.
I am lodging a complaint regarding an attempt to return PS5 contract at Vodacom shop in Modimolle, Limpopo. I signed documents in October 2, 2025, however I've since lost interest in it. I didn't use the product but open it. The 3, October i went back to the store to notify the consultant that i want to return the product. Then the, October 4, i went to return the product, I was informed that because I had opened the PS5 box, they couldn't assist me. They said they don’t accept returns on opened accessories and advised me to sell it as a second-hand item instead. I was not explained about their return policies or signed any documents with regards to return team and conditions. I further requested the return policy from them and I was given the documents that I signed when I took the contract, I've done my own research with regards to vodacom return policies and I didn't get anything that says if a customer open a product then its not returnable. Please clarify your policies because i didn't get clarity from the store only documents that I signed and they don’t say anything about returns.
