Always provides good service, they call to detail the service required prior to commencing with the required service; and will also call to confirm your car is ready, been with them since 2014 and Gugu and Mavis are just amazing, this is the reason I’ll buy Toyota again
I ordered fibre in February of their system confirmed availability in my area in Hatfield; they subsequently deducted a R 1000.00 installation fee; you have no means of communicating with them. I made several WhatsApp enquiries which is being handled by a robot. I’ve reached a point of wanting to cancel this and demanding my money
I took my car to BMW Emalahleni sometime in February 2022 for a drive train problem, up to date they failed to resolve the issue. The car will get stuck in the middle of traffic leaving be traumatized as I felt unsafe, this happened 4 times after they claimed to have fixed it. I reported the matter to BMW South Africa and I still found no joy as the car is now at Menlyn after it got stuck in Rivonia road; I was met by an aloof lady at Menlyn who made demands and which I met and she later shifted goal posts. I had to make an expensive purchase as my car was with BMW witbank for almost 4 months and it now stuck at Menlyn
Terrible experience; they demand payment prior to commencing with work after you paid a call out fee of a 1000. After paying for work to be done they never pitched until I sourced an alternative and they refused to refund
I received a horrible experience regarding delivery of my mattresses whereupon I decided to cancel the order. I’m told refund period takes a month period, mind you the mattresses were never delivered. I speak to consultants who makes promises telephonically and later denies ever speaking to me. My email requests are ignored I’m wondering if they intend on refunding or what their game plan is Frustrating
