Well i repaired my BMW 320i with this dealership and paid R60k , 800km later the car packed again and they are charging now another R72k...no responsibilty whatsoever for the work done previously....now everybody (except the workshop foreman sipho ) involved left the dealership...the new Service manager and the New DP , treat customers like sh*t......I ended up picking up my car without being fixed and my headlight globes were ****** and they dont want to replace them...The DP doesnt even respond to emails....Stay away from this dealership...Mind you they even stole my ECU but that they replaced coz they didnt have a choice....

The service delivery was so poor in such a point that from the front desk till back to those who works at the workshop, they fail even to communicate within themselves, I paid almost R80k for the repairs but still when I was suppose to get the car it has many problems still, no one even knew if my car was finish when they were doing repairs, found the car outside dirty, and only to find out the car was packed there for about a week. There’s too much I can write but ayyy it’s tiring , one thing I’m sure of is that the service there is below poor. I for one I don’t think I’ll ever use their services again .

I took my car to BMW Emalahleni sometime in February 2022 for a drive train problem, up to date they failed to resolve the issue. The car will get stuck in the middle of traffic leaving be traumatized as I felt unsafe, this happened 4 times after they claimed to have fixed it. I reported the matter to BMW South Africa and I still found no joy as the car is now at Menlyn after it got stuck in Rivonia road; I was met by an aloof lady at Menlyn who made demands and which I met and she later shifted goal posts. I had to make an expensive purchase as my car was with BMW witbank for almost 4 months and it now stuck at Menlyn

I took in my BMW X3 for repairs last week wednesday 16/09/2020 after the vehicle showed a "Engine temperature to high message". It was diagnosed and quoted to be 21k which was paid in and the water pump replaced but 40kms later the vehicle is showing the same message. I have been a loyal Eastview BMW client for years. I even bought my F20 1 series there. The Service Department has made me doubt your service. I am unhappy and inconvenienced... Regards Siphiwe - 071 613 7685

DONT TRUST THESE GUYS AT ALL! NO ETHICS MORALS WHAT SO EVER!! BAD UPBRINGING BY THEIR FAMILIES. IM GOING TO MAKE IT PERSONAL! because they DID. MICHAEL FOUCHE the sales person more of a CON MAN i would say!!! we chatted since the start! agreed on pricing and my trade in! was supposed to be a cash deal, requested a deposit on the 2016 730d which i did not hesitate and paid in same time to secure the deal. I had requested the OTP 3 Times, have the full chat on WHATSAPP and WHATSAPP VOICE NOTES!!! yet was LIED TO and did not receive anything, The next day i Phone in again and he tells me sending me the otp again but instead over voice note (does not call-needs to grow some *****) tell me he sold the car to someone else! HOW DOES ONE DO THAT!! YOU DEALING WITH ONE PERSON AND SELL THE CAR TO ANOTHER! RACISM!!!! FAVORITISM!!!! OR JUST PLAIN CORRUPTION!! IM SURE HE TOOK SOMETHING UNDER THE BOOKS AS THIS WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED! I CALLED SHEDRICK -(BMW MANAGER) FOR HELP, BUT DID NOT GO TO WELL AS HE SAID HE WILL NOT GIVE ME THE CAR SHOWING ME THE MIDDLE FINGER!!! I ALSO CALLED BMW SOUTH AFRICA!! SPOKE TO A GENTLEMAN BY THE NAME OF LEBOGHAN (sorry if i spelled it wrong) WAS A REAL GENTLEMAN, REALLY TRIED ASSISTING ME BUT COULD NOT GET ME FAR... Bought BMW330d from them in 2017 wanted to sell car and was informed car was in side smash and was never disclosed to me when I bought the car or signed the contract.When confronted them the just say but car was repaired by BMW Panelbeater and it does not matter. Will any person spend R400 000 on car that was in accident and be happy.If i want to sell car to non BMW dealers this will have negative input on the cars price but for Eastview BMW it of no concern it was repaired by BMW Panelbeater.

Called BMW East View the week of the 6th Aug to book my car in for a service on the 13th Aug. I drove my car +-100KM`s to BMW Witbank. On arrival the car was never booked in. They then took the car in for a service. I gave them a list of stuff to check...small water and oil leak, breaks and the oil service. They called me with a quote of R12 000 for the service without the water and oil leak. The braked alone was R5000.00 where we replied and said only give us a price on the oil service and the water/oil leak. The lady called and said with the service and water pipe it will cost us +- R1500, and we gave the go ahead. They caled us the afternoon to inform us that we can collect the car. On collection and payment they gave us the waterpipe to fit. We asked why is it not fitted as we gave the go ahead and they said no it will cost extra and that the lady we were dealing with misunderstood. They had to keep the car overnight to fit the waterpipe. The next day after numerous calls to them they could not tell us when the car would be ready. They then called and said we should come and look at the car...we said we cant drive 100km`s just to look they need to tell us what is wrong. The service lady where not sure what is going on. I requested the "technician" to call me. He informed me that the whole car engines is stuffed and that the water and oil is mixing. When he was asked where he said everywhere and were not able to specify where the problem was. When I asked why did they not pick up that the engine is stuffed the day of the oil service he could not answer me. He replied they picked it up with the preasure test on the water system, and I should not blame them. They then told me they refuse to work on the car. We went to collect the car the next day, and had it towed to someone else, as the engine light came on next to the road....and the car didnt want to start. My WHOLE water system and water pump had to be replaced....as all the pipes and waterpump were damaged. From a small leak to all the pipes being damaged. After the pipes where fixed the car is 100%.....there where no traces found in the old water pipes that water and oil is mixing, and oil where checked....no water in the oil.
