Pulse Living - Tilla and Nelspruit Admin/Team. I recently bought a flat at Summer Rain Estate - Nelspruit. I can safely rate them -99% if there is such... Issues range from failing to rectify issues like painting coackroach infested walls, refusing to replace a faulty stove, replacing lights... A major leak on the Roof Slab or defect which may result in Injury or death. Admin will report that they have sorted issues but when you get there, you find the same issues... My 3rd Investment property will never be with them AGAIN!
Vodacom sent an incorrect default to Experian. Meanwhile they have the statement showing that they debited at the same 2nd date they used for the past 5 years. I have just realised they the did it even last year again... I tried to fix it myself because they are not helpful. The allocation of the payments is system generated and the system recognizes the payment after due date, regardless of how long after due date the payment was made, as being in arrears for the particular month.
On the 2nd February, 2026. Vodacom debited my bank account as they normally do.... I checked my clear score account and it shows that vodacom listed a default for the month february, now for that reason my score went down by about +7points. The debit is adjusted by Vodacom on a monthly basis and it was paid. I don't understand why they would damage my record after having been a client for years.
My credit card payment date is the last day of the month... Account no: 5898461056381393. I paid a full settlement amount say on the 16th september 2024. I then renewed my credit card and the charge was R180.... a few days later nedbank charges me R700 finance charges. *The card is fully paid, R55000 from that i only get charged R180 for card renewal. Does it make sense that i should be charged a hefty R700 for a 99.8% settled card. This therefore means that they have been robbing me and other clients for a long time...
Order number : MAK5638313 I returned pots to the Nelspruit store, on the 14th Sunday, July. I still have not received the refund... I placed a complain via Hellopeter about the bad quality of the Tissolli pot set i had bought. Online told me to take the pots back to the shop... which i did! Since then i have not received any correspondence regarding the refund. This would be the 6th follow up regarding the refund and they say the system says "pending" Regards Siphiwe - 071 613 7685
Makro Online has advertised a set of Tissolli pots at R999 with a Utensil gift worth R150 - order number MAK7174659... My delivery from Nelspruit branch came with no gift. How do you promise clients and then deliver otherwise? Even today the catalogue still shows the pots with the free gift!! I am actually buying the pots for the second time - the first order - the quality was bad and i am still waiting for the refund as well.

By February the pan a loose lid handle. Every two weeks the lid handles were becoming loose. We'll literally even those that were not in use. I am sure this is not the first complain about the product. I am yet to share to my 5 thousand friends on Facebook then I will be sure.

I received a notification that my Curro account was handed over and that i had 7 days to contact them. Initial balance was 8k, 2.5k was paid on the 6th May 2024 and it was followed by 4k payment the next day before i even received the email that the account was handed over! So, I just received my invoice and it still shows the device amount which payment was done to Settle it in January. I was told it would be less this month... They ****. I want settlement quotes for the 5 Numbers i have with Vodacom so i can settle as well. In short An amount was paid for device settlement and paperwork was sent to Vodacom but up to this day that instruction was not followed! The aim was to settle so i can reduce the monthly payments... I can imagine the Drama for someone who still has 20 months left on the contract... I hope to find a way to escalate this..
